We accept the main payment methods available at checkout:

Card data is never stored or accessible by Noise.

The amount is charged at the time of order confirmation.

PayPal

Payment can be completed via PayPal, directly on the provider's website, without sharing financial data with Noise.

In case of order cancellation, any refund will be made to the same PayPal account used for the payment.

Installment payments

It is possible to split the payment into interest-free installments through Scalapay or Klarna, according to the conditions set by the respective providers.

The management of the installment plan is entirely entrusted to the selected provider.

Incomplete transactions

In case of unsuccessful payment, a temporary charge ("pre-authorization") may appear on your account.

In the absence of a confirmed order, Noise does not receive any credit.
The amount remains managed by the bank or payment provider and is automatically released according to the expected timing.

For information regarding the release, you need to contact your bank or the customer service of the payment method used directly.

VAT, invoices, and tax documentation

All prices indicated on the site include VAT.

A receipt is issued for each order and sent via email at the time of shipment.

The invoice request must be specified in the order notes field.
This will be issued with a end-of-month date and will be sent as soon as available. 
For issuance purposes, it is necessary that the billing data be correctly entered in the billing address. Otherwise, it will not be possible to proceed with issuing the invoice.
