Payment Methods

On Noise, you can shop simply and securely.

We accept the main payment methods available at checkout:

  • Credit, debit, and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)

  • PayPal

  • Scalapay

  • Klarna

Credit, debit, and prepaid cards

All transactions take place via a secure SSL connection and advanced encryption protocols.

Card details are never stored or accessible by Noise.

For greater security, 3D Secure authentication or the CVV code may be required, in accordance with the issuing bank’s provisions.

The amount is charged when the order is confirmed.

Noise reserves the right to carry out anti-fraud checks before proceeding with shipment.

PayPal

You can complete the payment through PayPal, directly on the provider’s website, without sharing financial information with Noise.

If the order is canceled, any refund will be issued to the same PayPal account used for the payment.

Installment payments

You can split your payment into interest-free installments through Scalapay or Klarna, according to the terms set by the respective providers.

The installment plan is managed entirely by the selected provider.

Uncompleted transactions

If a payment is unsuccessful, a temporary charge (“pre-authorization”) may appear on your account.

In the absence of a confirmed order, Noise does not receive any payment.
The amount remains managed by the bank or payment provider and is released automatically according to the applicable time frames.

For information regarding the release, you must contact your bank or the customer service of the payment method used directly.

VAT, invoices and tax documentation

All prices shown on the website include VAT.

A receipt is issued for each order and sent by email when the order is shipped.

The invoice request must be specified in the order notes field.
It will be issued with the month-end date and sent as soon as it is available. 
For the invoice to be issued, the billing details must be entered correctly in the billing address. Otherwise, it will not be possible to issue the invoice. 
For companies, the following must be entered correctly: 
For individuals, entering the tax code is essential. 

NOTE: any missing requested documentation must be received no later than the last day of the month in which the purchase was made. Otherwise, it will no longer be possible to issue the requested invoice.

Security

All payments made on www.noisestore.it are processed through systems compliant with international security standards.

If the order is cancelled, any authorized amounts will be reversed according to the time frames established by the payment method used.
